Backing flanges are used to connect glass ends. Different flanges are
used for QVF type, SCHOTT type or XTRONG type glass ends.
Adapter backing flanges are used with glass ends to connect glass to
non-glass ends, having different bolt configuration and PCD.
Backing Flanges in sizes NB 100 to NB 450 are also available in split
design.
| Bellow flanges are used with PTFE bellows to connect the
bellows and the glass. Adapter bellow flanges are used with Teflon bellows to connect
the bellows to non-glass ends, having different bolt configuration and

All these flanges are in cast iron to IS 210 grade 20 duly
machined. Optionally, the flanges can be ordered in Aluminum alloys,
Stainless Steels or plastics. The flanges can be supplied epoxy coated for
better corrosion resistance or electro plated for improved earthing
properties.
Inserts are made from graphitized compressed asbestos sheet and are
fitted between the flanges and the glass buttress ends. Non asbestos
inserts are also available.
NOTE: NB refers to nominal bore of glass tube.
