The baths are used to
heat glass vessels indirectly either by electric power or by steam in
chemical process & pharmaceutical industries.
The baths are fabricated out of heavy gauge mild steel sheets and are
fitted with copper coil for passing cooling water. A height-adjustable
vessel support provides the seat for the flask. Bottom outlet sealing
arrangement is provided.
The heaters are
cartridge type and are enclosed in heavy wall mild steel pipes. The
temp. is controlled through an energy regulator. Optionally, a digital
continuous temp. controller is available. For better energy efficiency
and to prevent heat losses, the bath can be provided insulation
confirming to IS 8183 or BS 3958 part 3.
The baths are available
in SS 304 / 316 also. The single wall construction is standard. The bath
can be supplied with MS/SS Jacket also. The baths are available for 10,
20, 50, 100, 200 liter spherical / cylindrical vessels in flameproof or
non-flameproof version. Other sizes can be made on request.
